About Ripline
Purpose-built for national industrial renewal
We are an American compliance company focused on expanding the manufacturing capacity that aerospace, defense, maritime, and aviation depend on.
Who We Are
Compliance as infrastructure
Ripline was founded on a simple observation: America's most critical industries are constrained not by a lack of manufacturing talent or capability, but by the complexity of entering regulated supply chains. Compliance requirements that were designed to ensure quality and security have become barriers to the very competition and capacity the nation needs.
We build the infrastructure that makes good compliance accessible—turning what takes years and millions of dollars into a structured, repeatable path to qualification. Our work directly supports the reshoring of critical manufacturing and the diversification of supplier bases that national security demands.
Based in San Francisco, CA, we operate at the nexus of industry and policy—translating regulatory requirements into practical systems that manufacturers can implement and maintain.
Our Values
Principles that guide our work
Mission First
Every decision is measured against our obligation to strengthen America's industrial base and national security.
Technical Rigor
We operate at the intersection of compliance, engineering, and policy—with deep expertise in regulated industries.
Trusted Partnership
We work alongside manufacturers and primes as long-term partners, not vendors. Their success is our success.
Relentless Execution
The supply chain crisis demands action, not analysis paralysis. We ship, iterate, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Leadership
Built by operators, not observers
Hriday Unadkat
Co-Founder
Before founding Ripline, Hriday led a rocketry team at Princeton that faced four-month compliance delays, ultimately shutting down their two-year project. A Matthew Isakowitz Space Policy Fellow, he has written thermal algorithms for SpaceX's Starlink and published legal commentary on space advocacy in congressional reports. Hriday bridges the gap between deep technical execution and complex policy to ensure engineering velocity is never gated by manual compliance.
Anwith Telluri
Co-Founder
Before founding Ripline, Anwith founded the Applied AI team at Profound, where he built one of the first agentic platforms for marketing teams. He previously built AI and infrastructure systems at SpaceX and Cal AI, developing software for mission-critical computing environments and machine learning systems at scale. Having worked within highly regulated organizations, he saw firsthand how compliance workflows slowed engineering teams. Anwith brings deep expertise in AI systems and automation to ensure compliance never becomes a bottleneck to execution.
